Home from home in Bartra Lahinch
Góilín Cottage is a small tastefully restored cottage just 5 kms from Lahinch, Co Clare, just off the main N67 Lahinch/Miltown Malbay road (part of the wild Atlantic way). The cottage is just a couple of minutes walk from a small beach at the rear. From here you can see some breath taking views of Liscannor and the Atlantic Ocean. When the tide is out you can take a lovely walk on a rocky plateau on to Cregg beach. Situated down a quite country lane, this cottage is located in a lovely peaceful location to have a very relaxing holiday. Góilín Cottage is the ideal touring base to see all Co. Clare has to offer.
The charming little cottage has been brought up to date whilst retaining the key original features. The traditional style kitchen also serves as living cum dining room and features an open fire place, flat screen TV, a modern kitchen and has a wooden floor and a wooden ceiling. There are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 single) and a separate bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

There's plenty to do locally, from walking or cycling on the quiet country roads to surfing and swimming on the nearby beach, in Lahinch, which also offers kite and wind surfing and on White Strand on the way to Miltown Malbay. Nearby are two well known restaurants, all other services are available in Lahinch and Miltown Malbay, both 10-15 mins. away.
The owners of the cottage live just a short distance away, so are always on hand should any guests need assistance.
